* 14 12 x12 stalls with Lucas Equine stall doors in main barn that has windows large windows open to outdoors with plenty of fresh air with stable connected to indoor arena and office. All stalls have mats and the barn aisle are matted as well.

* Large run-in shed with large fans for school horses
* 2 Wash and grooming stalls with hot and cold water
* Heated main tack room + additional tack room in lower barn
* Climate controlled feed shed
